I received my doctorate from the Department of Linguistics at the University at Buffalo. I am currently working as postdoctoral fellow in the CRC 1252, Prominence in Language, and am affiliated to the Department of German Linguistics at the University of Cologne. I manage the eye-tracking lab of the XLinC Lab and conduct psycholinguistic experiments in semantics, pragmatics, attention, and recognition memory. I also use offline measures, reaction time paradigms, as well as event-related brain potentials to approach various research questions from many different disciplines. I have also taught various classes in German linguistics, psycholinguistics, linguistic methods, and data analysis.
